Vacuum Multi-Purpose Chamber Furnace Type VZKQ
This furnace concept is designed to the in/out principle. The quenching chamber is the inlet chamber at the start of the process and the outlet chamber after quenching. Due to its batch type character this furnace concept allows highest flexibility in operation.

ModulTherm
The basic concept of ModulTherm are various fixed chambers for the heat treat process served by a rail mounted module which contains the transfer chamber and the quenching chamber. This concept complements ALD’s product line starting with the highest flexibility VZKQ batch concept and ending with the highest volume VMKQ continuous concept. ModulTherm makes it easy to offer a solution meeting customers’ specific demands and, furthermore, this system can be expanded to meet increasing production capacity.

ModulTherm’s characteristics are:
